Tooth Colored Fillings
Inlays and Onlays are tooth-colored restorations that are used in place of silver fillings on the chewing surfaces of back teeth. Bonding
Dental bonding can produce amazing improvements by fixing chipped teeth. Bonding is covering the front surface of teeth with durable plastic to either change the tooth's color or shape, or to rebuild broken teeth. Sleep Apnea
If a person has developed obstructive sleep apnea, then the tongue is sucked against the back of the throat whenever the person breathes in or out. The air cannot flow into or out of the person’s nose or mouth although efforts to breathe continue. There is a complete stoppage of breathing. When the oxygen level in the brain becomes too low, the person partially wakes up, just enough to clear the obstruction in the throat. The person starts to breathe again, usually with a gasping or choking sound. This choking or abrupt waking up cycle goes on much of the night. People with untreated sleep apnea are generally not aware of the awakenings that have happened the previous night. The person never gets a good night’s sleep and wakes up tired and unrefreshed. Dr. Weisfogel has advanced training and participates in many hours of post graduate study pertaining to orthodontics and invisible braces. Diagnodent is a major breakthrough that allows Dr. Weisfogel to detect tooth decay that x-rays cannot see. We can now locate hidden decay in it's earliest stage, and with treatment stop the spread of the disease before it destroys the tooth from within.
